About the job

This position is needed to design, develop, supervise and maintain a robust and scalable data platform to deliver powerful insights. This role will create abstractions to speed the platform's adoption and build reliable pipelines to support growing data processing and analytics needs and charter of the Analytics Experience Platform team by architecting new dataflow and recipes, and improving existing data preparation, as well as supporting the build of new dashboards and features.

Twilio’s GTM Business Applications team designs and implements user-centric tools for our internal teams with the goal of empowering them to better serve customers’ needs. We play a crucial role in the success and scalability of our Go-to-Market efforts. We are the custodians of the systems, processes, and data that power the day-to-day interactions across the Sales and Go-To-Market organization.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Customize/build Salesforce Tableau CRM Analytical insights with the knowledge of Tableau CRM Architecture, capabilities and limitations and Should be able to propose workarounds to meet the business needs
  • Build data pipeline, data extraction, preprocessing, transformation, and aggregation jobs for a variety of products and services
  • Design, build and maintain a central data cataloging system to ease integration and discovery of datasets.
  • Expert in writing code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Detail technical requirements, author solution documentation, and capture acceptance criteria clearly for technical audiences and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with GTM Business Applications teammates and our Business Intelligence teams to continuously improve the overall quality and clarity of data used in analytics tools in Salesforce
  • Partner with our Analytics Experience Platform team to ensure customer facing teams have the data they need to best serve their customers

Required:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience with Salesforce.com implementation (design, configuration, deployment)
  • 2+ years of experience implementing or maintaining Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics
  • 2+ years of hands-on development experience in a scripting language like Python
  • Experience crafting data schemas and fine-tuning SQL queries around large, sophisticated data sets.
  • Experience developing or working with REST APIs and experience with TCRM APIs.
  • Experience building data pipelines in a production environment
  • Experience with machine learning systems, defining metrics, and performing error analysis
  • Evaluate model specifications, data processes and business logics for accuracy, completeness, thoroughness
  • Solid understanding with databases (PostgreSQL, Presto, etc.)

Desired:

  • Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics Certification
  • Experience with Heroku
  • Extensive experience with and solid understanding of relational databases.

This role will be based in RMZ Ecoworld, Bengaluru, India.
