Operations Data Analyst

  • Data management and analysis within a wide range of applications within operations, centering on the Vehicle Bill of Material and Change Management
  • Learn new systems/software quickly and strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment
  • Validate data integrity and resolving technical issues within complex systems
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain positive work relationships with a cross functional team, including Engineering, Finance, IT and Manufacturing
  • Drive change within the business, ensuring that high data standards result in leadership’s ability to steer vehicle programs
  • Develop process flows of data structure and determine areas of continuous improvement


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering discipline, computer science, or equivalent STEM subject or work experience in a related field
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite with emphasis on Excel
  • Experience with Materials Requirement Planning “MRP” Software such as SAP Preferred
  • Experience with PLM systems and their interface
  • SAP ERP Experience (PTC, OTC, MM, EWM) preferred
  • Experience with systems integration across multiple platforms
  • Coding skills a plus (Python, SQL, etc.)
  • Automotive or manufacturing experience is a plus
