This new role in Coupa’s Product Innovation & Strategy organization requires a comprehensive skill set including data analysis, analytical thinking, structured problem solving, project management, and creative thinking. A successful performer in this role can unlock several attractive career paths across the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Co-establish with product strategy and marketing essential KPIs
  • Map data flows to best feed KPIs
  • Identify, select and use technology to support automation of KPIs delivery
  • Analyze KPIs and derive actionable insights
  • Iterate KPIs to evolving business to drive results
  • Support marketing team on data enrichment requests
  •  

    Qualifications:

     

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analysis and performance reporting
  • Experience with performance analytics tool such as Google Analytics, Pendo, MixPanel or similar
  • Working knowledge of python, SQL and similar programming/database languages
  • Strong spreadsheet analysis skills including knowledge of advanced functions
  • Cross functional experience with sales and marketing teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Disciplined, self-starter and able to work with limited supervision
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize workload to achieve required timescales
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, engineering, or science related field
