Senior Pricing Operations Data Analyst (Remote)

Our Pricing team is growing! We’re looking for a proven analyst to join us and contribute to shaping the future direction of the company. Part of this role is tactical; you’ll be responsible for finding data, putting it into a reportable format, interpreting it for product teams, and telling meaningful stories that deliver the message that you have found in the data. The other part is strategic: you’ll be a thought partner in measuring our product performance and identifying opportunities to improve it through pricing and packaging efforts.

-Plan and coordinate all operational aspects of pricing implementation
-Define, launch and drive operational initiatives around pricing strategy
-Manage system updates for new and modified products
-Support pricing team as well as marketing and product management around pricing initiatives
-Owner of our internal systems for all pricing changes; assist with test and development of pricing


Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:


  • Experience with SQL required; Tableau, QuickSight, Google Data Studio useful
  • 3+ years of experience (or Master’s degree) 
  • Background in sales or pricing operations or consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field
  • SaaS and/or Fintech knowledge helpful but not required

    Expected Outcomes in 3, 6, or 12 months:


  • Three months: comfortable with ad-hoc analysis for pricing team and product marketing to help them understand customer purchases, attrition, and how they use our products
  • Six months: design new dashboards and improve existing ones based on your insights and broader team requests; ability to anticipate useful data to include beyond what is in a request
  • 12 months: expert in accessing data across all products/transaction types, design and implement new dashboards as well as new data tables in the data warehouse, and a trusted thought partner to drive improvements in pricing throughout
