Now we’re looking for Senior Data Engineer.
Responsibilities
Design and develop secure, scalable, high-performance and reliable (cost-effective) data gathering and transformation solutions
Analyze company data going deep into vehicle design and manufacturing knowledge area
Define templates and processes for the raw data analysis, transformation and pipelines maintenance
Understand and deploy dataops processes
Establish and support integrations between data platform components, 3rd party and in-house developed software
Lead by example to review code, look for code issues, provide meaningful and relevant feedback to engineers, stay up to date with system changes and latest technologies
Comfortably present and acquire consensus using multiple methods: Written diagrams and text, in-person meetings, in-person and remote presentations to both technical and business audiences
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on IT experience in Data Warehouse and ETL.
Extensive experience in the development and maintenance of different data pipelines in a variety of business domains
5+ years of experience in understanding a variety of data capturing and transformations scenarios, butch and streaming pipelines, CDCStrong experience in SQL and NO-SQL databases
Hands-on experience with Python, Apache Spark, Airflow, familiarity with Databricks as a bonus
Hands-on experience with coroutines and async scenarios programming
Strong skills in data exploration on a business level, willingness to go deep into new knowledge area
Familiarity with graph databases, time-series databases, Kafka, and more is a plus
Knowledge or enthusiasm in vehicle design, manufacturing, construction is very welcome
